• Return or delete confidential information upon request or account termination.

• We handle personal data according to applicable laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
• We take reasonable security measures to protect your data.
• Report any suspected breaches immediately.

Intellectual Property

• All software, AI models, trademarks, and content belong to Basal Analytics Private Limited.
• Do not copy, modify, or claim ownership of our intellectual property.

Payments & Subscriptions

• Payments must follow the plan or agreement you choose.
• Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.
• We may update pricing with advance notice.

Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your access for violating terms, illegal activities, or non-payment.
• Confidentiality obligations survive termination for 2 years.

Disputes

Any disputes will be resolved via arbitration in Bengaluru, India, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

Liability & Disclaimer

• Services are provided “as is” without warranties.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
